ROI supports a range of opportunities that allows adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities to participate in meaningful occupations. We encourage continued development of life skills and personal growth in our clients as they move toward their individual long-term goals. As part of a transitions team, our behavior therapists offer solutions to advance objectives created through person-centered plans and self-determination. From facilitating environmental modifications to providing trained job coaches, we help each person as they carve out niches that fit their unique preferences and interests.
