Supported Independent Living Sites

ROI currently coordinates more than 20 supported independent living sites. Each site is as unique as the people who live there. Individuals can choose to live in apartments, houses, or duplexes in the community. Some live alone, and others have roommates. ROI provides home maintenance and in-home staffing to support the specific needs of each client—from personal care to meal preparation to community-based activities.

Independent living sites are truly our mission in action. Once only a dream for families, these individually-developed sites provide a natural environment outside of the family home—and outside of more restrictive placements—for individuals to maximize their independence. Honoring individual preferences while supporting identified needs, we support the hopes and dreams of consumers and their families.
