Shauna Soergel joined ROI in 2013 as a Residential Technician and became a Behavior Technician upon earning her bachelor’s degree that year. ROI is aware of the newest Executive Order by Governor Whitmer, issued 04/24/2020, which extends the “stay in place” order in Michigan until May 15, 2020. Based on this extension, ROI will continue to pause all in-person services and offer telehealth-only supports to ABA and in-home CLS clients through May 15, 2020.

Coronavirus Update 3/23/20: Pause in Non-Emergent Clinical Services

ROI Families,

Consistent with the Governor’s “stay in place” order issued today, ROI will extend the pause of all non-emergent face-to-face clinical services until at least April 13, 2020. This means that all ABA services and in-home CLS services will be postponed until April 13th with the exception of clinical services that can occur via telehealth with your ROI therapist.

ROI earns The Joint Commission Behavioral Health Care Accreditation

In summer 2019, ROI decided to pursue accreditation from The Joint Commission with their new standards designed for Behavioral Health Care.
